Ice Cream did you say?
Welcome back from the weekend everyone!!
Well, most of my weekend went well- I only ate out once. So that what good. The really good news is, My dog had her puppies on Saturday!!! We had some complications and had to take her to the vet, but her and the 2 pups are doin great. I have to admit the whole thing was pretty stressful, and I have been turning to the ice cream for comfort. It hasn’t been really terrible, only slightly terrible- LOL
I really need to work on my activity. I think that is goin to be the key to my success. I do pretty good with the food and the water as long as I stay concious of my goals. So, activity is my big hurdle. I have some great DVDs, I really just need to apply myself and get some cardio in. I know that if I focus my efforts on my cardio, then I will get down to a weight that is comfortable enough to focus on strength training.
So that is where I am at… I work for a few more hours, then I am going to go home, check on the puppies (all of them including mama) and then work out while my laundry is in the dryer.

What kind of dog do you have? I’m glad all of them are doing okay. I love my pets so much, they are such faithful and loving companions. What would we do without them? I’m like you too - I need more cardio and activity in my weightloss plan. Have a great day and keep up the good work.

As for exersizr, once you start it becomes addicting! Really it does.. I never thought I would be one to say that but I go to kickboxing 6 “s a week and I’ve bought a few DVD’s to do at home. Try it , you might get addicted too..LOL
